It goes to the credit of Nasr Arabian that they have done many prestigious projects of unique nature/first of its kind in Dhofar Region viz. –
- Salalah Town Roads, Stage-III Construction of Town Roads c/w a bridge at GHARBIA, the first cast-in-situ bridge in Dhofar Region built on Wadi Gharziz at Gharbia for Ministry of Communications in the year 1977-78.
- Construction of a Clinic c/w all facilities and Office Buildings under the supervision of Widnell & Trollope at Marmul for PDO in the year 1978-79.
- 2 Nos. 7 Storied Buildings in Central Salalah c/w electro-mechanical works – the first tallest buildings in Dhofar Region for the owners of Nasr Arabian during the year 1979-80.
- Taqah-Mirbat & Taqah-Tawi Attair Roads – Construction of 62 KM. Hill Roads (single carriageway) c/w 1No. 40M length Prestressed Bridge rested on 2 abutments-first in its kind at Wadi Darbat and 1 No. Alternative bridge at Wadi Ghazir of 5 Cells to a length of 100M with 0.5M thick walls built in a gorge opening to sea with an overburden of 20M, 48 multi-cell cast-in-situ culverts and 22 Nos. Pipe culverts, where a pipe culvert was placed on forming bed in a gorge of 20M depth. Escarpment and other rock excavation by blasting to an extent of 600,000 M^3 . This was the first single project of 8.2 Million executed in the Southern Region for Ministry of Communications under the consultancy of M/s. Cansult Ltd, a Canadian Consultants.
- Construction of infrastructures at Sa’adah c/w Science Lab, Language Lab etc. enclosed in zig-zag shaped buildings of two-storied, bulk voluminous Sewage Treatment Plant etc. for Ministry of Education in the year 1982-83 under the consultancy of Pheroze Kudianawala for RO. 1,216,000/-
- Construction of a ground water reservoir (in-situ concrete) of 9000M^3 first of its kind in Dhofar Region with 16KM. 300mm dia Trunk Main and domestic connection c/w electro-mechanical works including telemetry system etc. for Water Supply and Transport for RO. 1,180,445/- in the year 1984-85
- Construction of Passengers Terminal Building at Salalah Airport c/w electrical and mechanical works including Luggage Handling System maintaining the standard of International Airport in respect of the quality of materials used and the workmanship under the consultancy of Netherlands Consultants importing the materials from Western Countries – Denmark, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, U.K. etc. in the year 1985-86 for Min. of Communications.
- Cultural Centre & Museum at Salalah was another project of first of its kind in Dhofar Region under the consultancy of TEST Bureau for Ministry of National Heritage & Culture - Construction of a reinforced concrete walled three storied building with 1000 persons capacity auditorium c/w sound proof hall/galleries, stage lighting and other electrical and mechanical works.
- Wastewater Stabilization Ponds at Raysut for Dhofar Municipality in the year 1990 under the consultancy of M/s. R. Traverse Morgan was another project of unique nature – Construction of earthen ponds with concrete lining (Anaerobic) c/w electro-mechanical services.
- Extension of Salalah Airport Runway for RO. 1,990,000/- in the year 1991-93 under the consultancy of M/s. Italconsult Ltd-Extension of Runway, Taxiway, Parking Apron c/w LVA System etc.
- Salalah-Raysut Dual Carriageway, Phase-II for Min. of Communications under the consultancy of Conser Consulting Engineers during 1993-96 – Construction of Dual Carriageway linking Ittin Signal with Mughsayl Roundabout c/w 1 No. Underpass, 3 Nos. Roundabouts Irish bridges/culverts, street lighting complete.
- Improvement of Razat Road junction with Mamurah-Taqah Road during 2001-2002 under the consultancy of M/s. Conser Consulting Engineers for Min. of Communications, which has turned to be a landmark of Dhofar Region where they constructed an Underpass to a length of 45M and a width of 12M, double spanned for Dual Carriageway with intermediate span of 22.5M each resting on abutment on either side with a clear height of 5.5M from F.F.L to the bottom of slab which has facilitated the traffic flow over the bridge for the traffic to and fro Mamurah Palace-Royal Razat Farm and under the bridge for the traffic to and fro Salalah-Taqah.
- Sarfait-Hoaf-Gathib Roads – A road project carried out in Republic of Yemen financed by Min. of Communications during the year 2001-2003 – Design and construction of road from Oman-Yemen Border Post at Sarfait to Gathib in Yemen, stretching to 16.3KM. passing through jungle with steep cut and pin curves- a most complicated construction needed a lot of rock excavation.
